Two Free Coached Sessions. No Contract, No Catch.
Company X isn’t a gym. It’s a coaching studio in Hackbridge — small groups, real programming, and coaches who learn your name in the first ten minutes.
You can read about us all day. It won’t tell you what it actually feels like to be coached properly. So come and find out — free, no card details, nothing to cancel afterwards. Claim one session or both. They’re separate passes and you’re welcome to try each.
Free Small Group Session
Capped at eight people. One coach, watching your technique, correcting as you go. Structured strength and conditioning — you’ll be told what to do and why, not left to work it out.
Best if: you’re new to structured training, coming back after a break, or you’ve had enough of guessing.
Free Large Group Class
Ten to twelve people, more energy, still fully coached. Circuits, Fit Fusion, Sticks Mobility — every class marked all levels, and we mean it.
Best if: you want atmosphere and variety, and you like training alongside other people.
One of each per person. Valid for 10 days from the day you claim. New members only.
What Actually Happens When You Turn Up
We’re at 2 Spinning Wheel Way, Hackbridge, SM6 7DS — about ten minutes from Wallington and Carshalton. There’s parking nearby at Lidl.
Arrive ten minutes early so we can say hello properly and ask about anything we should know — old injuries, dodgy knees, whatever it is. Wear something you can move in and bring water. That’s the whole list. No kit required.
Your coach will run you through the session and adjust it to you. Nobody expects you to know what you’re doing. Nobody is watching you except the coach, and they’re watching to help. Everyone in that room was new once, and most of them remember exactly how it felt.
Then What?
Then nothing, unless you want something. Your pass lasts ten days, so you can book, come along, and go away and think about it. Nobody will ring you up. Nobody will corner you by the door with a clipboard.
If you did like it, tell your coach and we’ll walk you through the options properly — what they cost, what’s included, how the notice period works. You won’t be signing anything on the day.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the trial actually free?
Yes. Both trial passes are priced at £0.00 — no card details, no deposit, nothing to cancel.
Do I need to be fit already?
No. Every session is coached and scaled to the person doing it. Our members range from people in their twenties to people in their seventies, at every level.
What’s the difference between small group and large group?
Small group training is capped at eight people, with close technique coaching and structured strength work. Large group classes run with ten to twelve and have more energy and variety. Both are fully coached — neither is a room where you’re left to yourself.
Can I try both?
Yes. They’re separate passes and you’re welcome to claim one of each.
How many people will be in the session?
Small group training is capped at eight. Large group classes run between ten and twelve depending on the class.
Where are you and can I park?
Company X is at 2 Spinning Wheel Way, Hackbridge, Wallington SM6 7DS — roughly ten minutes from Wallington and Carshalton. There’s parking nearby at Lidl.
What should I bring?
Something you can move in, trainers, and water. Nothing else.
How long is the pass valid?
Ten days from the day you claim it, so there’s time to find a session that fits your week.
Will I be pressured into joining?
No. If you want to talk about carrying on, tell your coach and we’ll go through the options. If you don’t, that’s genuinely fine.
Is Company X a gym?
No. There’s no pay-and-wander-in membership, because we don’t sell access to equipment. Every session at Company X is coached, programmed and scheduled — which is why people who’ve failed at gyms tend to do well here.
